solved remotely?
'Remote Support Sessions' Cost £30.00
during off-peak times and £65.00 during peak times. Unlike
many other remote support companies, we charge a flat repair
fee which means that whether the repair takes 1 hour or 3
hours, you will only pay the fee applicable to the time of
day the repair takes place.
If you call us at 8.55pm but the repair
does not take place until 9.25pm you will only be charged at
the off-peak rate that was in force at the time you first
called us.
Peak times are 9pm - 7am Monday to Sunday.
Off-peak times are 7am to 9pm Monday to Sunday.
