Have an IT problem? Cant wait for an engineer to arrive?

Depending on the nature of the problem we can offer you support directly via your web browser. You simply contact us, report your problem and we will call you back and then direct you to a web page to connect you to one of our technicians.

Within 40 seconds* an engineer can be connected remotely and begin working on your system. This service is all about saving time, why wait for an engineer to travel to your site to cure a problem that could be solved remotely?

'Remote Support Sessions' Cost £30.00 during off-peak times and £65.00 during peak times. Unlike many other remote support companies, we charge a flat repair fee which means that whether the repair takes 1 hour or 3 hours, you will only pay the fee applicable to the time of day the repair takes place.

If you call us at 8.55pm but the repair does not take place until 9.25pm you will only be charged at the off-peak rate that was in force at the time you first called us.

Peak times are 9pm - 7am Monday to Sunday. Off-peak times are 7am to 9pm Monday to Sunday.

In order for us to connect to your computer remotely, the computer must be able to boot up in normal mode or safe mode and it must be able to connect to the internet and maintain the connection. If you are experiencing problems with you internet connection or your computer will not boot up, you are advised to make a standard on-site booking.

With remote support we can perform repairs and configurations, reboots, reboots in safe mode, chat to you to explain what we are doing, control your desktop and other peripherals attached to your computer and send/receive files that may be required during the remote session.
