at how well organised they are. My PC was running very
slowly and the engineer turned up and got it working again
within about half an hour. They even let me pay by debit
card and it was processed right in front of me. A1 are a
credit to local businesses and other business could learn a
thing or two from them. Well done A1." |

connected to my PC over the internet and recovered the files
in about 5 minutes. I was chuffed with the price too and

"I rang the held desk and was told that
someone would call me back within 30 minutes. I was confused
at first as to why someone needed to cal me back but when
the engineer called me he said it was because he was my
local engineer and could get to me the quickest. Fair enough
I thought. He told me he would be with me in 2 hours and he
was there spot on time. My laptop was fixed within the 3
days the engineer agreed to and they were by far the
cheapest local computer repair company." |

"My employers had used the same local
company for many years but they could not get out to us
quick enough one day so we called A1 PC Consultants. They
arrived within 2 hours and we very professional and polite.
The engineer went away and got the part he needed to fix our
office server and fitted it in minutes. My boss was so
pleased with the service that he set up a yearly maintenance
agreement with them. The prices are so much cheaper than the
other local companies and the service if better. I think the
online account is a great idea too and so does my boss." |
