Repair Services - Diagnostic

Our engineers are equipped with mobile support units that host a wide range of diagnostics tools that will help find problems with your computer and allow us to resolve them quickly. Diagnostic tests can sometimes take a long time to run and on these occasions we look to take your equipment off site to our repair centre where we can leave your equipment to undergo a series of tests and unattended repair procedures. In normal circumstances, the costs of diagnostic work is deducted from the total bill when a full repair is requested.

We also provide report for insurance purposes. Insurance reports are charged at the normal diagnostic rate plus £12.00 for a letter and report detailing the results of the diagnostic.
